Call to Order:

Meeting started after the
Iowa State game.

Those present: Roger &
Angel Parmeter, Chuck & Sandy Mussman, Steve & Lisa Todd, Beal Essink,
Leigh Kluthe, & John Schulling.
Treasurer Report:
·
$2,118.04. We agreed to
send $75 to Husker Dan’s Army, $25 to a Salute to the Troops and $100 to
the UNAA. Lisa will write those checks and get them sent.
Committee Reports:
Watch Parties:

Sound checks: All ok
·
Announcements: Need 501C
number in order to get money from sponsor for raffle prizes. Also
decided to order cake to thank folks for helping meet our endowment goal
at next big game.

Service: Good

Food: Good
·
Opposing team invitations:
Invite KSU on Nov. 15th.
Merchandise:

T-shirts: Should have
enough.

Display: looks good.

Tumblers: Are here.
Raffles:

Grand prizes:

2 tickets to the Colorado game and Champion's Club passes
to be given out @ Baylor game.

2 passes to the Nebraska
vs. Oregon State basketball game which include tickets and
transportation to be given out at CU game.

Email Blasts: Done weekly.
Special Events:

Picnic: N/A.

Christmas Party: Schedule
for Sunday, Dec. 7th at Amalfi’s. Cost is $15 for Adults and
$7.50 for Children under 12. Will do phone tree.
Sporting Events:

OSU vs NU Migration:
Continue to advertise. As of 10/18/08, 10 paid for bus and 16 paid for
tickets.

Participatory Sports:

for the year.

Red Letter status: Reached Red Letter for 07-08. Steve
will send out list of activities that qualify Chapter for Red Letter
Status.

Need to send Volunteer of the Year nominations to Lisa by
KSU game.

Copy of Directory will be
at Oklahoma and Kansas game for approval of info.

Leadership Conference: John Attended.

Minimum Endowments going from 10K to 25K

Will be working more with
Athletic Dept. to try and pair athletic speakers with academic speakers.
