New Board Member- Michaelea has graciously
taken the 3rd position of Watch Party Chair; she helped
Angel with the hospitality table so that there is enough coverage
for the next game.
ð
Reserved Seating-Angel
o
In an effort to be more efficient, we tried
reserved seating for the board members by the hospitality table.
Feedback has been great. We will make a sign so fans know where
to reach someone if help is needed.
o
We also held a table for the Suh family that we
will continue to hold for them each week. It was much
appreciated.
ð
Raffle Prizes-All
o
Bernadette said she would have Suh sign a jersey
and donate it to the group for the endowment raffle $5 tickets
that will be raffled at the end of the year. Quilt will be
raffled separately and the Wheaties boxes are separate too.
ð
Red Zone-Lisa brought up an old tradition that
we feel would be a big hit again, so we are bringing it back.
o
When fans buy raffle tickets they will have a
chance to win seating in the Red Zone at the Refectory!
o
Before the game, the refectory will move a couch,
along with a coffee table, from the family area and put it in
front of the big screen by the hospitality table
o
Ed will donate nachos and a bucket of beer.
ð
95.5 Radio-Ed and Leigh
o
Ed has done a lot of work with this station in the
past. They have converted over to a sports station on FM. He
will be inviting them to come out to the 300 game. The hope is
they will be talking about it for a few days before and after
the game so we can get more people coming to the games!
o
He and Leigh will work out the details and
possible radio spot.

Merchandise discounts-Leigh
o
RedZone.com-The board members are qualified for a
20% discount on merchandise by calling Greg Nelson at
402-334-1169 extension 100.
o
Bookstore in Lincoln also offers 10% off when
ordering with ORE code for all fans.

Game Reviews-All
o
A guest was quoted as saying “this was an
experience; I need to write about this!!!”
o
A guest was concerned with wait staff attire. It
has been brought to the staffs’ attention. A shirt was provided.

Meeting Format
o
Forming a circle and turning down the music proved
to be helpful. We were able to accomplish so much more like “THE
RED ZONE”
o
