1. Call to Order:

2. Approval of last meeting minutes.
3. Treasurer Report: $475.63
This amount reflects
reimbursement to Steve for most of the t-shirts and sweat shirts ordered
from Art FX
4. Committee Reports:
Watch Parties: Talks
continued on possible relocation of watch parties to BW 3’s in downtown
Portland. Those going to the Portland Beavers Game on Thursday June
19th will check out this
sight.
Alex
will put together information on BW 3’s and send to Steve. Steve will
send out an email for members to vote on location of watch party sights
for next year.
Community Service: Oregon Food Bank Letter Carriers Food Drive –
received certificate for participation
Sporting Events: Thanks to Chuck for organizing the Alumni Night with
the Portland Beavers for Thursday June 19th.
Special Events: Picnic – scheduled for Saturday Aug 16th. Will discus
responsibilities at next meeting. Will also put on home page and email
blast.
