Tommy Frazier had 199 rushing yards in the 1995 Fiesta Bowl. (a Fiesta Bowl record by a quarter back at that time). He actually had over 200 but after lossing a few yards ended up with 199 yards. Including the greatest run in College Football history of 75 yards and aobut 8 broken tackles.
